To give our campers the best chance at success in a safe learning environment, we team up with Maui Sports Unlimited for surf and windsurf instruction. Marine Life Viewing and We are so lucky to have a great next door neighbor at Ocean Camp - the Maui Ocean Center. This innovative Hawaiian aquarium features many species endemic to our islands (found nowhere else) and is a favorite attraction for visitors and residents. We are fortunate enough to be able to walk to Maui Ocean Center several times during the week to make observations and discoveries directly from live animals. Molokini Snorkel/Whale Watches
No Ocean Camp week would be complete without a vessel trip including a snorkel adventure to the wonderful offshore oasis of Molokini islet or a whale watch (depending on season). We'll travel aboard one of Pacific Whale Foundation vessels. Parents and family members are weolcome to join us, just call the reservation desk at 249-8811 and tell them you want to join Ocean Discovery Camp. |
